Our stylists are from Japan, Korea. They are fashionable professionals who have experience with all types of hair. Most of them have over 10 years of experience in the hairstyling industry. Sharing the same goal and passion, they collaborate to ensure our clients fully enjoy their Luxor experience.
Monica
-Director Stylist-
Monica is a knowledgeable, friendly and cheerful stylist who always loves to see a big, bright smile on her
client’s face after a haircut. With over 19 years of experience in the hair industry in different countries, Monica specializes in hair extension and perm and colour. Her love of hair motivates her to create unique hairstyles for clients and continuously acquire other techniques and skills. We highly recommend Monica to clients who look for hair extension and all perm service and colour as she is the expert on these styles at Luxor Hair Salon.
In March 2015, Monica completed a course from Salon Creative at Vidal Sassoon Academy, UK, where she has acquired new and innovative cutting techniques that she can tailor to suit anyone’s needs.
Kenta
-Senior Stylist-
With twelve years of experience in the field, Kenta started his hairstyling journey in Japan at twenty years old, with the spirited motivation of wanting his clients to live a better life through their hair. Kenta also dreams of being in charge of the Vancouver Hair Show and providing hair and makeup for Hollywood celebrities. To achieve his goals, Kenta built knowledge at a famous Japanese beauty salon for ten years and several other salons before deciding to work at Luxor. His drive to see clients leave the hairstyling chair with a beautiful smile on their face is reflected through his confidence in haircuts, highlight colouring, bleach colouring, hair styling, and men’s perms. In his free time, Kenta enjoys a very active lifestyle with his hobbies, including working out at the gym and snowboarding.
Alan

Alan is a skilled hairstylist with 13 years of experience, fluent in Korean and speaks conversational English. He began his career in 2016, inspired by his childhood dream of becoming a sculptor and excels in hair cutting and perm techniques for both men and women. Alan has worked at prestigious salons in different countries around the world. He loves creating short hairstyles for men and bob styles for women, finding them to be both stylish and versatile. Outside of work, Alan enjoys drawing, reading, and watching movies to unwind. He aims to enrich his life through new experiences, driven by the belief that facing challenges head-on fosters growth and success.
Hiroko

Hiroko has been passionate about making people beautiful since high school, when she decided to work in beauty
after applying makeup for a friend at a school festival. If Hiroko is your hairstylist, you won’t leave the chair unsatisfied. She is a perfectionist whose 10+ years of experience as a bridal hair and makeup artist and hairdresser shines through her meticulous hairstyling. Hiroko’s current strengths are in straight perms and hair setting, and she is eager to continue expanding her hairstyling knowledge at Luxor Hair Salon for her clients. When she is not creating a lovely hairstyle for you, Hiroko enjoys watching dramas and movies.
Hayden

Hayden entered the realm of hair design 11 years ago. Merging his exceptional skills specializing in perms and modern
hairstyles tailored to all ages and genders, he finds joy in creating personalized styles that capture the individuality of his clients. With a deep understanding of clients’ preferences, Hayden approaches consultations with empathy, always viewing the situation from their perspective. His goal is to find the optimal solution and create a style that brings out the best in each client.
Sally

Sally believes that great hair can bring confidence and brighten someone’s day.Â
Since beginning her hairstyling journey in 2020, she has continued to refine her skills in men’s haircuts, layered cuts, and balayage. Passionate about learning and delivering personalized service, Sally strives to create hairstyles that complement each client’s unique style and lifestyle. When she’s not behind the chair, she enjoys running, reading, discovering new cafés, and watching Netflix. She looks forward to helping you achieve your perfect look at Luxor Hair Salon.
Jia

Jia has been passionate about helping people feel more confident through beautiful hair since she began her hairstyling career in 2020.
She believes that every client deserves a style that reflects their personality and lifestyle. With five years of experience, Jia specializes in men’s haircuts, women’s layered cuts, hair straight perm and wave perm and personalized styling. She is known for her thoughtful consultations and attention to detail, creating looks that suit each client’s individual features. Jia is excited to continue growing as a hairstylist at Luxor Hair Salon while serving clients from diverse backgrounds. When she is not behind the chair, she enjoys taking walks, watching dramas, and spending time with family and friends.
